How long will it take to receive my Executive Elite status?
After your purchase, your status upgrade will begin processing within one business day. We'll send you an email confirmation when processing begins.
Your account will be upgraded within 5-10 business days of purchase.
How long will my Executive Elite status be valid for?
Your status is valid until March 1, 2026.
Am I guaranteed to receive all the posted benefits on every
rental?
That depends! Car-class upgrades rely on availability at the rental car branch, so you’ll receive an upgrade if higher-class vehicles are available.
You’ll always receive other perks, like skipping the counter, as long as you hold status.
Do you need my password to process my status?
No. Your password is not required to process your Executive Elite status.

What do I need to do to receive my status?
After submitting your account information, you're done! Your purchase includes a direct upgrade to Executive Elite status on your National Emerald Club account.
Completing a minimum number of rentals or amount of spend, or meeting any other challenge, to receive the upgrade is not required.
