Where do the status upgrades you sell come from?

Many corporations purchase status benefits from corporate travel management companies to provide to their employees for work travel.

Corporate travel management companies, our distributors, purchase these benefits directly from hotel, airline, and car rental brands. We work with these corporate travel management companies to make corporate status benefits available to you.

Do I need to be a corporate client to purchase your upgrades?

Of course not! We work with both individual and business travelers.

What is the processing time for my status upgrade?

The processing time for each status upgrade is listed on its purchase page in the 'About your upgrade' section.

What is your refund policy?

If we're unable to process your status upgrade for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your status upgrade order can be cancelled until it begins processing. If your order has not yet begun processing, it can be cancelled for a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified by email when your order begins processing. If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch.

After a status upgrade order begins processing, typically within 4 hours of your order being placed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Why does my order confirmation email show a total paid amount of $0.00?

When you make a purchase from us, we place an authorization hold on your credit card for the amount of your purchase. This hold authorizes the amount of the transaction using your credit card, but does not yet move the funds from your credit card. The $0.00 amount in your order confirmation email reflects that we have not yet moved the funds from your credit card.

We only move the funds from your credit card when your status upgrade has been confirmed.
