How long will it take to receive my Diamond status?
After your purchase, your status upgrade will begin processing within one business day. We'll send you an email confirmation when processing begins.
Your account will be upgraded within 2-5 business days of purchase.
How long will my Diamond status be valid for?
Your status is valid for 1 year from the date on which it is processed on your account.
Am I guaranteed to receive all the posted benefits on every
rental?
That depends! Car-class upgrades rely on availability at the rental car branch, so you’ll receive an upgrade if higher-class vehicles are available.
You’ll always receive other perks, like skipping the counter, as long as you hold status.
Do you need any other account information to process my status?
We process this upgrade by applying a corporate promotion to your Sixt account, which grants your purchased status. We need your account credentials to add the promotion to your account.Â
We'll automatically request your credentials after you place your order. Your credentials are stored securely using bank-grade encryption and are removed from our systems after your upgrade is complete.
As a precaution, we recommend changing your credentials after your upgrade is complete.
